Structured according to the type of processing and treatment, the production departments are homogeneous islands for mechanical systems and equipment. Within the production process, our specialized technicians interact with the machines on a daily basis, ensuring the correct carrying out of operations.

The modern and quality machine park consists of 2 sectors:

• a first sector used for classic mechanical processing
• a second made up of machines used exclusively for electroerosion processing.

With the latest generation wire cutters, connected to the central CAD/CAM system of the design department, the characteristics and quality of the pieces that distinguish our brand are met.

The processing department, with precision, competitive and technologically advanced machine tools, together with the assembly and control departments, constitutes the backbone of the company’s production force.

For special productions and large pieces we use CNC-equipped lathes, grinders, boring machines and milling machines. The production departments are then connected to the assembly, final inspection, packaging and shipping departments.

The manufacturing activity ends in the assembly departments, where the various creations take final shape, acquiring their own identity, and are packaged for shipping.
