MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR QUALITY, SAFETY AND PROCESS CONTROL
The adoption of a quality and safety management system was a strategic decision by ASEO to obtain important certifications. The idea was born from the management’s desire to improve the internal organization of the company, in order to optimize both the management of the provision of services and the creation of the product, proposing a system designed to manage company processes, so that they are addressed to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization, as well as the final satisfaction of the customer. For this reason, ASEO has implemented a traceability system for documentation and records called the ISO 9001 quality system.
At the same time, with the entry into force of Legislative Decree No. 81 in April 2009, it was inevitably necessary to adapt working methods in order to prevent and protect workers from possible accidents during activities. This management was organized with the addition, to the already present quality system, of a set of documents relating to safety at work, the ISO 45001 system, an internationally recognized tool for combating accidents and occupational diseases in an increasingly effective manner.
These two types of systems allow the company to provide information/training to the operators of the structures and services, so that the provision of services occurs with responsibility and awareness. The present international standards (ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 certifications) have thus entered the work cycle, bringing benefits both in terms of global process management and in a newfound awareness of working in total safety.
